What Oxnard Housing Means for Your Cabinets
Roughly a third of Oxnard's housing was built between 1940 and 1969, a large further share between 1970 and 1999, and about 21 percent from 2000 onward. In practice Riverpark and Seabridge are 2000s construction, Seabridge completing around 2009, while Silver Strand is largely 1970 to 1999 and the Henry T.
